Exchange Policy

No returns after purchase: Because our products are personal-care items, we do not accept returns once an item has been purchased.

Free exchange: If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive a different item from the one you ordered, we exchange it at no cost to you, provided you notify us on the same day you receive it via WhatsApp with clear photos of the product, the packaging and your order number.

Authenticity guarantee: Every product we sell is 100% genuine and guaranteed. If a product you bought from us turns out not to be genuine, we refund its full value, even after you have returned to your home country.

How to request an exchange: Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos, or bring the item to our Pattaya store.
